Overview

Navigate to Settings > Usage to view current plan usage limits.

Workflow

  1. Click profile button (top right, shows first letter of name)
  2. Select "Settings" from dropdown menu
  3. Click "Usage" in left sidebar
  4. View usage information:
    • Current session usage and reset time
    • Weekly limits for all models
    • Sonnet-only weekly limits

Usage Display

  • Current session: Shows percentage used and time until reset
  • Weekly limits: Shows percentage used and reset day/time
  • Refresh button: Update usage data in real-time

Notes

  • Usage limits vary by plan (Free, Pro, Max)
  • Extra usage can be enabled if you hit limits (paid plans only)
  • Last updated timestamp shows data freshness
