Overview
Send quotes and invoices via email through Money Forward Cloud Invoice. Covers the email dialog, form fields, sending process, and post-send tracking.

Critical Constraints
- Download Link Expiration: Email download links expire after 45 days
- CC Limit: Maximum 10 CC recipients (comma-separated)
- Status Change: Document status changes to "Sent" after email
- No Auto-Resend: Editing sent documents does not automatically resend
Workflow: Send Document via Email
1. Open Document
Navigate to your document using direct URL or search.
2. Click Email Button
- For new sends: Click メール (Email) button
- For previously sent: Click メール再送信 (Resend Email) button
3. Fill Email Form

4. Customize Subject
Click subject field and enter custom text.
Example format:

5. Customize Body
The body contains a default template. Customize while preserving the download link placeholder.
Recommended structure:

6. Send Email
- Review all content
- Click 送信する (Send) button
- Wait for confirmation: 送信されました (Sent successfully)
Workflow: Track Sent Status
After Sending
- Document shows 送付済み (Sent) status badge
- Email button changes to メール再送信 (Resend Email)
- Download activity tracked with DL済み badge when recipient downloads
View Email History
Email history is visible in document details section.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |

| CC not working | Format error | Use comma-separated emails |

Notes
- Always CC yourself for tracking sent documents
- Test with your own email first for important documents
- Recipients can request resend if download link expires
- The download link is unique per send - resending creates new link
- Email history helps track all communications for a document
