Overview

Schedule blog posts for future publication on Wix. Covers creating a new post, entering content, and setting up scheduled publication date/time.

Workflow: Create and Schedule Blog Post

1. Access Blog Section

From site dashboard, click "ブログ" (Blog) in the left sidebar menu.

2. Create New Post

Click "新しい記事を作成" (Create New Post) button.

3. Enter Post Content

4. Open Schedule Dialog

  1. Locate the publish button area (top right)
  2. Click the dropdown button next to "公開" (Publish) button
  3. Select "投稿予約を設定" (Schedule Post) from menu

5. Set Publication Date

The schedule dialog shows a calendar:

Note: Past dates are disabled (shown as [disabled] gridcells).

6. Set Publication Time

7. Confirm Schedule

Click "投稿予約" (Schedule Post) button to confirm.

8. Verify Scheduled Post

After scheduling, you are redirected to the posts list with "投稿予約済み" (Scheduled) filter active. Verify your post appears with correct date/time.

Direct URL Access

Use the post editor URL pattern: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/{SITE_ID}/blog/{POST_ID}/edit

From Posts List

  1. Navigate to blog posts list
  2. Click "投稿予約済み" (Scheduled) tab
  3. Click on the post row or "編集" (Edit) button

Sharing Edit URL

The post editor URL can be shared for review:

  • Contains SITE_ID and POST_ID
  • Recipient needs Wix account access
  • URL remains valid until post is deleted

Notes

  • Scheduled posts appear in "投稿予約済み" filter with count badge
  • Time is based on selected timezone (default: account timezone)
  • Posts can be edited before scheduled publication time
  • To cancel scheduling, edit the post and save as draft instead
  • Post editor URL format: {SITE_ID}/blog/{POST_ID}/edit
